2-flute Carbide Drill Bits (DC208) - 1/8 in. (0.125 in. shank)
Think & Tinker 2-flute carbide drill bits were designed and optimized for the fabrication of printed circuit boards on a wide variety of substrates. Decades of design improvements has expanded their application range to hard and soft woods, metals, glass and carbon-fiber composites and reconsititued minerals.
Every tool is:
- 100% measured / optically inspected to insure that EVERY tool meets, or exceeds, our published specifications
- available with depth rings precisely positioned to ±0.004 in. (0.10mm), virtually eliminating the need for resetting Z-axis zero in many applications)
- made from premium grade submicrograin tungsten carbide (HRa: 93, TRS: 4.0GPa ) with a bonded stainless steel shank
