Custom BitsPreciseBits offers design, development, testing, and manufacturing of custom bits. Contact us with your needs and we will compare those needs to existing tools to determine if a custom bit is needed (we have over 300 bit types in stock). If your needs cannot be met by an existing tool, we will let you know. Next, we will begin the process needed to create a custom bit. Consulting ServicesWe offer a range of consulting services including problem resolution, training and equipment setup. Through our years of experience, we have learned there are right and wrong ways to do things. Our consulting services are available to get you moving in the right direction quickly. CNC Certification LabFor manufacturers of CNC equipment, PreciseBits has established a CNC Certification Lab. We use this lab to certify machines, cutting tools, and materials in order to establish proper feeds and speeds. Prototyping ServicesPreciseBits offers has the capability to create one-off prototypes. Based on your needs, we will use a variety of cutting techniques and materials to meet your precise prototyping needs.
